A:Cooking up a More Sustainable Future
I pay more attention to what and how I eat these days, especially since COVID-19. Having more time to cook at home has led me to explore ways of eating that ease the stress of a busy daily life. My partner and I now cook vegan recipes together two or three times a week. It helps us learn about the impact of meat consumption on the environment – and it tastes great, too!

A:1% More for the Beauty of Our Earth
My daily contribution to Sustainable Beauty mainly focuses on the environment. On a personal level, I pick up trash whenever I see it – whether that’s in the ocean, on the beach or in the street. It’s impossible for me to ignore. I also avoid using plastics whenever I can. I believe if we all do just 1% more, we will have a huge impact on the beauty of our Earth.

A:Health, Well-Being and Sustainable Beauty
In terms of my own Sustainable Beauty routine, I started Pilates a few years ago. I had been muscle training for years, but it was taking its toll on my body. I shifted focus to my core muscles and began working on my breathing. I am now more flexible, and I even enjoy the occasional lesson with my daughter. I also enjoy swimming, which helps to refresh my mind.
