Brush up brows with the spooly brush. Then, fill in the shape using twist-open powder sponge at the center of the pencil, and/or the retractable pencil tip (twist up lead one millimeter and apply in fine, delicate strokes). Finish by combing through hair to blend the pigment and set arches in place.
